Welcome to The Fit Doctor!

Hello everyone and welcome to my website.

I am a chiropractor, healthy lifestyle coach, and personal trainer. I have also been teaching fitness for over 25 years. While working with thousands of people at my clinic in South Lake Tahoe, California, I have had the opportunity to sit back, watch, and see what actually works. It is my pleasure to share with you my “healthy living gems” so that you can not only reach your goals faster, but you can reach your goals…period.

Ask yourself this question. “How would I like to live my life?” Most people will say, physically fit, emotionally well, and financially secure. Unfortunately, when most people think of changing to a healthier lifestyle, the overwhelming task before them stops them in them in their tracks before they even begin. As a matter of fact, I have learned that people, in general, are more fearful of the process of making healthy changes than the outcome of continuing on their current path no matter how unwell they feel.

But what you may not realize is that small changes in your daily routine can bring about big changes in how you live your life. It is that simple. These small changes are what I refer to as my “healthy living gems”. Adding these easy-to-use “gems” in your daily life is your opportunity to make the changes in your life that you have been procrastinating about.

Some of the “healthy living gems” I will be giving you will be tips on: Nutrition, proper hydration, fitness, strength, cardiovascular health, preventing sports injuries, weight lifting, proper biomechanics, plus much, much more.
